im sorry if i dont trust alot of people claiming to have not done anything. Why dont i trust them? Because PEOPLE LIE!!! I had a friend who use to play UO and claimed to be Ligit but wasnt. Asked me to fix his pc one day and i saw what he had on his pc and the sites he had been to. even then he claimed he never used anything or did anything illegal.. i still remember the fight we had because i called him out on it when i found his chars afk macroing and he was not even at the computer. how do i know? because i called him and he was out at a family event. i called him out on using and we had a huge fight but later he admited.
Join a PvP guild and you will see how many people who claim to be str8 faced are not. So no i dont believe these people being banned did nothing. They either gave up the items that got duped, did the duping, or bought a ton of duped items. Now i could be wrong but me thinks not mmmmkay.
Oh and another expample is i had a friend who CLAIMED to have been hacked and people helpped him rebuild. funny thing about it was about a week later he had 100% matching suit peices to what he had before the hack. He said he got them off a barbed kit he just burned. So what are the chances of burning uber sleeves gloves and legs that match the ones you lost 100%? no to mention about a week later he had his house back in the same location and 2 event rares that he had before the hacked account he still had. he got away with it 2 times the 3rd time he got caught.
so no i dont trust anyone in this game until they earn my trust and even then i question them.
you know the old saying, Believe nothing of which you hear and only half of what you see? Well I believe nothing of what i hear about people who did 100% of nothing and got banned.
