Item Decay Question

Quick question:

How long is the decay to an item dropped on the ground?
A weapon or a hide, etc?

Arrrr, methinks a couple of hours. And picking it up and dropping it again do not be resettin' the timer!

Ahhh, take care in picking up blessed items quickly...some of those old wrist watches and wedding rings (which are blessed but not labeled as such) will poof in less than a minute. Strange I have some old furny from Felucca that just won't even decay years later.

i have a locked room of stuffys. just for fun. the arent locked down and wont decay. i noticed it when i left one on the ground. so now i buy them up and toss them in the room.
