I'm pretty sure that you're incorrect. It's ten steps for anyone with 50+ bushido.10 steps assuming 120 bushido...
if you have say, 90 bushido, it takes something like 14 or so consecutive hits without a miss to achieve perfection.
If you miss, you drop 3 "steps", this can take you back to zero quite quickly if you miss
Actually, it's 10 steps of Perfection no matter what level you're at up to GM level (100 Bushido). The amount of luck (and damage bonus) is determined by your overall skill level. For a Samurai of 50 skill, each step is a 5% damage bonus and a 50 luck bonus to the target he honored, with a Samurai in training receiving a 1% damage increase and 10 Luck increase to each level of Perfection per 10 full skill points gained, up to 100 Bushido.10 steps assuming 120 bushido...

Its always 10 steps but if you have 120 bushido you will be doing more damage per step than you would at lower levels.I'm pretty sure that you're incorrect. It's ten steps for anyone with 50+ bushido.10 steps assuming 120 bushido...

Actually, that's incorrect as well. 100 Bushido puts you at the max amount of damage increase you get with Perfection. The benefit of having 120 Bushido vs 100 is that you have an additional 7% chance to land a critical strike. GM Bushido gives you a 13% chance whereas 120 gives you a 20% chance. Its always 10 steps but if you have 120 bushido you will be doing more damage per step than you would at lower levels.
Hehe, I had an advantage.**Edit: Oops Connor beat me to it![]()
I think they changed it with a publish. Like 15 steps at 50, 9 steps at 120. If you are inbetween it falls inbetween. I am 120, takes me 9 steps.I'm pretty sure that you're incorrect. It's ten steps for anyone with 50+ bushido.
