Like Gheal, Gcure, Poison, etc.
absolutly not worth it i have several full kegs that i could not sell so i slowly am using them up with my own toonsLike Gheal, Gcure, Poison, etc.
High turnover, low profit type of "good" business, yes. As pointed out, keg prices haven't kept up with inflation, but thankfully neither have reagent prices.Like Gheal, Gcure, Poison, etc.
Ya but a keg takes 10 bottles where your stack potions takes 60,000 bottles, sure you have one item but those 60k of bottles cost $300,000gp. Where a keg cost me hardly anything as most I can get myself and make. 10 bottles cost 50gp. And I am selling Gexp for 10k a keg, same with DP, my GP is going for 5500gp, the rest I sell at 5k per keg and this way I get repeats on my vendor. But, stackable potions are the way to go these days. Id rather have a stack of 60k pots than 600 kegs any day.
there are people out there who are very rich that are willing to pay MORE for bulk kegs delivered to their Felucca home or guild house. you would think bulk price would be lower, but in UO, because of the inflation it is HIGHER because people don't want to make the kegs themselves and they don't want to fool around buying them off vendors.Like Gheal, Gcure, Poison, etc.
Though it's not a business that will make you extremely rich (the best way I personally think is killing monsters for leather. I sell barbed leather at about 175 gp per, which does add up. If you go dragon killing in Wind with say, a greater dragon you can run up and down to the bank easily and you have the loot of the daemons and drakes spawning there), it's still something that can be a lot of fun and very rewarding. If you have a well stocked potion vendor on a good location you can sell a lot every day. And people will love you for it .Like Gheal, Gcure, Poison, etc.
