Rare Anvil?

Which elven anvil recipe is it that is rare? Anyone happen to know off the top of their head?

Not rare, non-existent.

The east stone anvil recipe doesn't exist. In it's place the relevant quest gives out the runic carving knife recipe, which being an artifact level weapon needing peerless ingredients, should be a rare but is in fact very common.
A mistake in the coding that's been uncorrected since its introduction.

A deed for the east anvil is a rare drop I believe.

Ok, thanks for the info. I'd just gotten a deed for a south and thought I might have gotten lucky. I've probably already used up my luck for the day on the Yew runic saw I got this morning.
