This is one of the items in the +NECRO set people use to hit Vampire Form with only 30 Necromsancy:

+10 Mark of Travesty
+10 Necro Book
+15 Ring
+15 Brace
+20 Midnight Bracers
----
+70

Might be missing an item ... think you can get +5 from a totem.

Anyways, back in the day.. and maybe still now, people slap on all this gear... hit Vampire Form with only 25-30 used skill points then take it off and gear up for PvP.

But, now that you can do the EXACT same thing with the "cursed version" they are prety much worthless in comparison. =(

Buyers for this un-cursed item would be collectors.. buit even then your not looking at anything worth while in my opinion. Wish I had better news for you.

Actually That link was about Uncursed. Cash was making a comparison to the cursed bracers, much like Famine did on this thread.

Cash - Many necros here, only problem is that the main use for those is the +20 necro to get into forms and cursed ones have filled that niche, thus making these very worthless.
