Is the Scouts set good for an Archer?

I mean yeah the resists are good but for what you'd pay you can make your own suit that's better IMO. Jackals collar gets you the stats, Spirit of the Totem gets you the HCI, Feys gets the DCI, and you've spent like 6-7 mil if you buy that up. Just doesn't seem worth it to get the suit.

not even close none of the suits are worth the price as stated you can put a way better suit together for a lot less
Bloodwood Darkwood Set > Any of the Sets that have come out recently, including Virtue Armor Set.
If made with Heartwood, has a chance of 5% HCI as well as the usual 5% DCI on each piece, just doesn't have the HPR. Full set of it gives 70s in every Resist/30% HCI/30% DCI/+10 STR/+12 HP/+100 Luck/25% RPD/SR 3.

It's ok but players can make better. Plus once these items lose durability they can't be replaced. They should have self repair if the whole set is worn like virtue armour which is also blessed.

I totally agree. Build your own suit. I'm not impressed with any of the suits. Nothing has really come out that overall, a patient player can't put together just as well,if not better.
there isn't enough regen on the scout suit to be worth putting on, not when you can build the same suit for less with more mods on it; especially regens.

Exactly what I was thinking when I saw the stats of the various suits... the only people who would have enough time/patience/wealth to accumulate all the pieces of a suit would have undoubtably put together a far superior suit already.

Unless they get a slight boost in stats, otherwise they are just another collectibles, locked down for display. And a slight boost should not make them too powerful too.
Can you not use fort powder on them?
