Well i just droped mine on the ground in my house for deco and its unmovable, what a great fix

Using a interior deco tool on the box to turn it will enable you to pick it up again, if you lock it down.

i dropped on floor next to bank to make a lil room and it got stuck.. and i had to use axe thinking it would appear like a deed well it went poof.

are you sure they are metal ?
the hinge's and lock might be, but the box itself sure look's to be made of wood. unless we are getting new color metal's :

'Corroded' gives the impression that its metal.

That plus they use the "strong box/metal box" sprite.

Just for clarification, the old boxes use a different graphic (they face east). If you drop them on the ground they will become static unless you turn them with your house deco tool. So if you drop those outside your house, you will lose your box. The new boxes face south by default and you can drop them wherever just fine.

For clarification there are 2 types of metal boxes, which which does in fact face east. There is the plain Metal Box and there is also a Strongbox.

You can only turn them in your house so there's no issue.

wonky, but Dert, Dat's my You Oh! Maybe the real fix hasn't gone out yet?
