New Armor Sets - Sorcerer and Scout

Can someone please log into TC, get a set of each and take some screenies - PUHLEASE!!

Im stuck at work, otherwise Id do it myself. Im mostly interested in what the Sorcerer set looks like.

Sigh. Im really hoping thats a typo. In fact the more I look at the whole suit, the more Im hoping it gets a buff.

600k points, in the current market is what, 30mil?

My current suit, that gives me 171 mana, 100% LRC, 30% LMC, and around 10% Mana regen didnt cost anywhere near that. And its mostly made up of artis and high end runic pieces.

The more minutes that pass, the less attractive this suit becomes.

Forgot to add...the resists. Dont have exact numbers, I do know that my Energy Resist is capped. The rest are hovering at about 45-50 each. With a bit of hunting around I could easily better those.

even with only 10dci 10 lmc and 2 mr, with a 100 lrc and perfect resists (on an elf i dont know) its still a nice suit. specially since no ring or bracelet is used. add the new jewlery set to it hehe

Wish it had self repair - especially because once Spring turn-in is over you won't be able to get it again (generally). I wonder how long it will last over time?

Are the Suits repairable? If not then I definately wouldn't want to fight in any of them.

Actually I guess whether they are PoF able or not is important. I have a feeling that they are not. I think I might have heard that somewhere, but wouldn't put any money on it.

If you have 7 char slots, you can get half the points you need for a suit just by going through the first 25k point quest (easily doable on any char). That should help you quite a bit for accumulating points (350k of em).

If you have 2 accounts, you can get a suit and have 100 pts left over.

If you do the 2nd quest, you have enough pts for 2 suits.

If youre worried about value, thats not what this event is for.

If youre a merchant you still can makes some gold.

Besides there are lots of things of value in this event. Just think about it.

If someone wants to make a ton of charactures, thats what they enjoy, why shouldnt they?

I'm dissapointed in the Head wear for the Scout suit. I'm not to fond of the leather ?jingasa? It looks like you're wearing a wooden bowl on your head in both clients. Maybe a Bandana or Leather Cap or Ninja Mask or bear/deer mask instead? The Circlet is fine.

I think the Sorceror suit should have had the circlet as an alternate to the Mage hat.

Sorcerer has 12 Int, Scout has 12 Dex. I think the 6 HPI on the Knights Armor should be 12 Str instead. As it is HPI is halved for each additional 2 Str Inc.

The Sorcerer Suit seems alot more attractive than the other 2 suits. All 70's for warrior types seems almost usual, all 70's for mage types seems more of a bonus. Maxing out LRC is great for mages. Maybe if the HCI or DCI/DI was maxed out for the 'warrior' suits they'd seem more attractive... Just a thought.

I didn't use a calculator, but it should be pretty obvious to you that I multiplied by 14 and misspoke.

My point was that if you have 2 accounts, you can claim a full suit just by doing the easy leg of the quest with each character.

I guess my motivation for self repair is that say Virtue Armor, which is easy to get, self repairs, gives all 70's AND is blessed.

Come on devs, add self repair to scout and sorcerer armour when it is a set.

I play on Oceania. Outrageous over valuing doesnt hit us too badly. So points are around 50gp per.

2 accounts = 14 * 25K = 350K which is not enough for a full suit.
