Careful, he just tried to sell me this account for a CC, Spirti of the Totem and an XFER token on LS (Flags went up) and refused to do EA transfer, or Sign a written agreement specifying the terms of the sale (which could be used to have him put in jail for wire fraud if he took the account back).

Generally speaking, when something is too cheap... and too good to be true it is. You have been warned, make sure you get EA Xfer on this one. It maybe (and probably is, I don't want to cast shadows on anyone) a fine deal, but make sure you protect yourself is all I'm saying he was in a big hurry for me to do this deal.

And no it's not redundant. Without a written agreement there is no legal recourse, however, the ea transfer is fairly safe. The only recourse you have is through EA with the transfer.

The EA agreement is an agreement to go through EA's process. If something went wrong (i.e. It didn't get xferred, he alleged to EA that wasn't his signature, He had 3 strikes and they ended up not honoring it, etc... you would not get your money back, nor would you have a legal written agreement for him to do anything except participate in the EA process.)).

Terms of Sale and details are important if you are doing anything over the phone/internet. You should always be safe, and if you aren't a scammer (and I'm sure you aren't AEowyn) you shouldn't have an issue signing an agreement that outlines exactly what you are selling, and how. It protects you as well.
