Dinosaurs are a part of Ultima canon. If you played the original games, Eodon is introduced after Ultima VI. They could always add in Mars, we already have Dr. Spector as a part of UO.

I’m kidding, Mars would be weird.

You should at least check out VII at some point - it‘s on sale on GOG.com every now and then, but even at $6 it’s worth it.
