Is it possible to remove an account from a master email account to give AWAY to a Friend or Family member

I have 4 master emails account with 10 account I wish to transfer to a new temp master email is this possible. ?
So I would like to put 10 accounts from 4 master accounts on one new master account then hand it over to a Friend or Family member For Free of course

You have to email customer support, they have to do it on their end.
