Forgot Mythic Master Account Name

I went in to update CC info and have forgotten the Mythic Master Account Name. Is there a
number or some way to recover it? Haven't had to use it in years. Can not log into any accounts due to this
as well. I did send an email to support a few days ago but no response as of tonight. I know Mesanna had helped
a friend quite a while ago but not sure about now.
I am hoping one of you can help me please

Tried that but unfortunately the original email does not exist. Sent another email to support
and Kyronix@broadsword(hope that is right). Hopefully someone will contact soon.

There have been issues with Hotmail and others not getting through

The original was a hotmail account but is gone.
Is there a support phone number to call?

I had to deal with a similar issue about a year ago. Sent email to support and included the following. Account names associated with the master account. The old master account email log in. First and last name and date of birth. Phone number. City and state. Last 4 digits of the old CC. Name on the CC. They should send you a return email asking for the secret word to the account, they give you a hint as to what that would be. and what the new email is that will be used for the new master account. At that point they should send you a email telling you that hey have unlinked all accounts associated with the master account and how to go about relinking them to the new email for the master account. Hope that helps you resolve this issue.
