If it makes you feel any better, I came back and wondered why I couldn't steal the lamp post from Chesapeake Vesper bank...When did they stop letting you turn the stealable lampposts on and off? Oh Yeah, I'm back
I had read loosely about town invasions including stealables or locked chests or something and brought my thief over thinking, "I love lamp"
