1/30/2025 Greetings, The account center will be coming down today at 4pm ET today for a brief update. Following this update only new credit card subscriptions will be disabled while the payment system goes through an upgrade. We expect this work to conclude on Thursday, February 6, 2025. During this time existing subscriptions and renewals will not be impacted. Only new credit card subscriptions will be temporarily disabled. This includes reactivating closed game accounts and upgrading Endless Journey accounts via credit card payment. If you're playing the 90 day shuffle or you've hitting the point where you have to get a renewal in or else you're going to lose something important... don't take the chance. Renew now. Given the track record of account management with Broadsword and EA, anyone who takes a risk has no one to blame but themselves if something goes wrong. I will be viciously mocking anyone who comes on the boards and whines about losing a house or something because this system upgrade was taking place and they didn't plan for the worst.

It seems that the Mythic account site was down a few minutes and now it is back up. Maybe it went faster than they thought.

Nothing changed, they upgraded the site.

They did call out new subscriptions specifically, so I'd assume multiple back end system updates. I wouldn't expect all of account management to go down.

They say that new subscription systems will be effected. Unless you have an expired account that you are trying to reactivate, you should be fine.

That's the way I read it.
