So I was out and about today taming some new Nightmares, and someone saw me peacemaking and told me that lowers their stats. Is this true? I only thought that was for paralyze. Or am I wrong?

Ah, well this wasn't discord was peacemake. The guy was like "You ruined it cause, now its stats are lower." While I was giving the pikachu face with what he said.
Ya I never heard that rumor. Peacing does not change stats. Maybe he peaced a Cu and he blamed that on the stats cutting in half.
Peace taming has been a thing for many years.
I can picture some tamers on Atlantic telling you this. I've argued with quite a few there.
Worst was one saying that resists are only 1 intensity point.
Paralyze increases the skill loss after tame, but does not affect the Stats/Resists though. Peacemaking doesn't affect it.
