Other than needing 120 powerscrolls you have the right skills. You will only be able to fit one other bard skill with musicianship on your character at one time using that type of build. First thing you should do is the peacemaking bard quest from the conservatory in Britain. Super easy it's just peace 5 mongbats. The reward will be a book of mastery and all the level 3 bard masteries. Then you need to look for a animal taming III primer. No clue what shard you are on but they can be expensive. Get a few soulstones so you can swap around skills when you need. You can use the taming mastery to work to 120 taming and animal lore skill. I always recommend running real 120 taming/lore skill.
