Event Spawn "Inactivity Timer"

Is anyone else getting hit with this timer, while actively playing at the event? I have had it happen to at least 2 different characters, running around and killing things, then in the middle of killing, "poof" no more damage or ability to attack. I am playing 1 toon at a time, chatting with guild mates, then, poof. I get that they had to put in code back when Destard was active, but something ain't right with it now.

it was about 20 seconds. I was ACTIVELY playing the 1 char I was on.

I get the time out thing. I've left a healer account logged in and had it go "no attack" and I expected it. but I do not expect it in the middle of fighting stuff. Are they mad that there are boats, safe places to get out of the fighting?

Is it based on other players paging some set criteria just totally random? ?

I wonder if it has to do with using boats during this event. The one theme I am seeing in similar conversations across various Discord servers is that most folks getting tagged with the damage time-out are utilizing boats in some way or another - that's whether they're fighting on them, just using them to grab bandages and store drops, etc. Perhaps the timer is measuring various intervals and if you're on the same boat at each check interval, the time-out is getting applied? No one can say for sure, just theorizing.

I use a boat to hoard supply n drops also I log my healer to Rez me because the set healers are always crowded with mods

Are you getting hit with the timer? I took my Tames down to fan dancer dojo to the balron to get fame and Karma back stayed invised the entire time my PUP killed him over and over till I reached Glorious Lady with no time out

I have a guy sitting on a boat at beetle scape to res my archers. He has not been hit with this. Prob stands still 5 hours a day. He also kills stuff when needed.

I got hit once for standing around in the Ice area, so now I just move a bit every few minutes to avoid this. Maybe someone paged me. I am just too lazy to run around like what most are doing and drag a trail of spawn behind
