I already posted this at the UO Forums, and it would please me to no ends if others could also post in that thread ideas for this 25th year of UO.


This Sept will marked the 25th year of this great game. When I first starting playing on LS back in 2000, I read about this silver mount, wild in the game lore, and spent days searching in game for this horse only to learn that it did not exist in game. Of course there is the Zoo one today, but that is nothing to my dream back in 2000 of riding a silver horse in this game.

Let mine dream come true this Sept, bring that mount back .

I heard from 2 different EMs that the anniversary event will be in November.
And the only other thing they said, is that we will love it.

I'm guessing the reason we haven't had anything to test lately is
because the EMs were testing it for the DEVS.
hopefully one of them suggested this

I think they said with the covid they would not be at one of the meet and begs.

Then NL is put on hold. November is kinda late because the Halloween stuff will be on. Then krampus and artisan.

They cited pandemic as reason to not do a gathering this time around. My guess is they will do something more like a LiveStream with maybe a few special guests and also some type of in-game party.

Of what? They are not disclosing secret info. They are told what things are in advance, Our EM events lead up to the next event arc. You can tell what the jist of the upcoming event is by going to them on LS.

We had titans mentioned before the 20th and it was also leaked in advance. We just have no clue what is going to happen exactly. As long as we are in the dark about the exact details, the devs don't care.

Well we're in agreement on the last part the developers certainly don't care..

I was told that November is the only thing that they were allowed to say about the anniversary event.

The official launch date is public record paddy cakes but as usual i salute your fanboi dedication
Think back just a little when the newsletter would have announced things or the login screen you know the various avenues of communication the developers have available to use
