Stash and Supply have some interesting stuff.
Besides the pardons and glasses, there's resources in the lower artisan maps (in about 12-15 artisan maps of the right levels combined, got a total of 300 Valorite, 100 Verite, 450 Frostwood and 200 bloodwood). Some chests can have blues, pinks or (in fel) low-end PS useful for pets.
Money in Stashes can range from below 10k to around 20k, Supplies into the low 30s. Both are easy to do, plus the gems can be used by imbuers or sold (best sold to a Gypsy maiden in the random Gypsy camps that spawn and despawn in Ilshenar, as they spawn at default). Even selling in Luna I can get 30-50k+ from 4-6 maps' worth of gems.
Cache maps can have close to 60k gold, but generally average around 40k. Some Cache maps can have 1-2 Hoard maps. I've converted about 80 stash/supply/cache maps (including cache and lower maps from spawn, or spawning in chests) to about 40 Hoard maps to go with the 10 or so Hoard/Trove I had from before my last two digging sprees. And, don't forget to loot the spawn from Cache maps and higher.
And, you can unlock up to Cache with GM Magery, so you just really need Cartography and Remove trap, if you want to speed-dig these for the easily convertable contents.
And, one of the things about the higher maps is they have guaranteed amounts of "paper" in them, besides the random chance for a Trove from a Hoard or Trove. The "Paper" will be SoT, SoA, PS (in fel) and/or more trove maps. I think it's 3 for Hoard and 4 or 5 for Trove. You can get going with those where your map total can go UP rather than down from doing the maps. The down sides to the high end maps are you have to have LP, and the initial spawn can be brutal (I had one hoard that spawned 4 AW and a blood elemental last week, then 3 of the 4 spawn during looting were AWs as well. That's when I decided to stop trying to solo Hoards - especially since the map in question was literally next to my house and a healer station, and it still was a pain in the arse. Before the change to the "name" system, I had an old level 6 or 7 (hoard or trove by the current standard) on Buc's Den that spawned 3 AW, 4 GDs, and a Balron, and with the way they rubber-banded to the chest it was difficult to pull a single one out to kill it (you'd get targeted by 3-4 at once and might not be able to get far enough away to keep from getting hit with multiple breaths simultaneously before you could invis). Even after turning it into a shard open call hunt, and being joined by 3 friends, by the time we killed the last of the 7 dragons, the contents of the chest despawned.
