There was a bug for a short time that allowed you to craft these out of i think barbed leather or something and they came out green.
I buy one please.
I buy one please.
I have been able to dye everything I have used as a target. If I transmog onto krampus hat I can dye?
Thanks
Not even with Natural Dyes? They work fine, e.g., on the "untransmogrified" (i.e.: original) brown Wildfire Lantern reward...the name said green krampus minion hat
(if using barbed leather)
but after the bug fix the green came off the name.
as Pawain said, you can only dye them now
after using a transmog potion on it.
then it can be dyed
i dyed a bunch of them before they fixed it.Not even with Natural Dyes? They work fine, e.g., on the "untransmogrified" (i.e.: original) brown Wildfire Lantern reward...
My question was: as now can they be dyed with Natural Pigments (as almost any item in UO) whitout the need to spend money for a Transmog Potion, or not??i dyed a bunch of them before they fixed it.
i had dyes that had 1 or 2 uses on them.
I did it to make more room for storage lol
I didn't realize that wasn't an "easter egg"
or I wouldn't have done it.
I posted on the forums, wondering if I would get in trouble for them.
I got no response from the devs.
(I asked because I wanted The Grinch to have a green hat.
I ended up using a transmog potion on one to get the color I wanted)
You can not dye the ones you make now, unless you use them as a transmog target. I don't know if you can re-dye the ones that we did dye before. I never tried I doubt you can.My question was: as now can they be dyed with Natural Pigments (as almost any item in UO) whitout the need to spend money for a Transmog Potion, or not??
Thanks! They are consistent until a certain point: as now you can still dye non-magical non-transmogged crafted Bone Armor pieces with Natural Pigments...You can not dye the ones you make now, unless you use them as a transmog target. Same goes for the bake hat and pumpkin head. Those can not be dyed either until transmogged. So they are consistent.
Consistent for the added head gear that was put in the game for us to use. Thanks! They are consistent until a certain point: as now you can still dye non-magical non-transmogged crafted Bone Armor pieces with Natural Pigments...
But (as now...) you can still dye crafted Krampus Minion's Boots with normal dye tubs as the other footwares. Maybe this is because still there isn't a Footware Transmog Potion to make money on...Consistent for the added head gear that was put in the game for us to use.
When I make an lrc bone suit to sell for training, ill dye those black or white since you can.
I wanted to transmog onto krampus hat anyway so this has solved my issue, now have a green hat thanks.
no, as soon as that bug fix was published,My question was: as now can they be dyed with Natural Pigments (as almost any item in UO) whitout the need to spend money for a Transmog Potion, or not??
