how many Books of Lore do we have?

my game play, i must admit, has been spotty over the last year or so.... damn you pandemic!
and as such I must admit I am not the most knowledgable when it comes to these books of lore that we got.
but I do know we got one today that is already full - A Jesters Guide to Romance

and we got one last year with the Wildfire Event where we could get pages as random drops at the champ spawn, An Alchemist's Abomination - now that I think of it didn't we get pages from BOTH dynamic champ spawns last year?

are there more books of lore's?
i feel like we were getting pages from the dungeon event at the turn in guy and maybe also some more before that at the turn in before? (Hythloth dungeon and the fire or ice dungeon??)
where those all from the same book?
if so, what book was that?

I'm just trying to figure out if I missed a book or 2.

Well, the pages may be shard bound, but not once they go into a book of lore.... I had the first one and crafted the next three, and went shard-hopping finding the pages and sticking them into the book.. all now live full and happily in my shard

The jesters guide I missed.. didn't even know about it

Speaking of effective, do you happen to know if LUCK effects the quality of Bulk Order Deeds received or if LUCK works reliably?

Well as i see it luck might or might not have some effect but perhaps having a luck and bod switch on test could be a valuable thing for the players who may or may not be interested in doing bods of course an additional storage increase would be needed although perhaps if instead bod books where some how changed so that 10000000 bods counts as one lock down the paying player who's invested time in collecting these bods would be happier are at least that's how I see it

There was only 1 page and at that time there wasn't a lore book to actually put it in. I think it works now if you have a scroll laying around.

Every library worth its salt on your shard will also have public copies for you to read.

I missed a few EM drops over the years can I get those? Nope. Games have rules play by them.

If you don't like the rules you can always beg for the UO Team to change the rules for you for money.

Let's say for example that you play UO for over 12 hours every day and you don't like the drop rate rules for dynamic events - because you aren't skilled enough to acquire enough drops to get the items you want.

You could beg the UO Team to change the rules and sell you an item from a previous system.

This was definitely an issue before the lore books had names (after pages were input). I think if someone places that page from Deceit rewards in an empty book it should be fine. To your point though, I wouldn't try to drop any other pages in there unless you go to TC1 first.

Yea I think this is it because it shows as Page 0.

Kind of wish I'd selected it now looking back but if memory serves me it was like 25 turn ins?? For non functional decoration. Everything after that has only been 1 turn in (per page).

OHHH! It was a turn in item! I just checked the date on the The Three, I know why I don't have that one. That was from Oct. 2020. My Mother passed away 10/18/20 IRL and I didn't feel like playing UO or doing anything else for a while.

Before I get jumped on and read the riot act about mentioning real life. Sometimes REAL LIFE affects whether or not you get to play UO or do a whole lot of things. You get deployed, lose a loved one, move across the US, or a natural disaster. I think we need to be a bit more sensitive to the fact that our real lives affect our gaming lives. To that I also think we should be supportive of any fellow UO player who is struggling with a real life difficultly. But hey; what do I know I'm just some dumb, bat-shiitake crazy chick, right?
