is there a demand for these or should they go in the cleanup chest?

The major dyes are still kinda cool if you turned in 10 I think . Although personally I think introducing a Legendary Chef that created all of the dyes would have been better than the currently flooded choices from cleanup and store bought items.

If I recall correctly, the dye turn-in was removed when they started selling dyes in the store? Can still turn in for major artifacts?

I just walked up and was given the option to choose a reward. Granted, I still have an unused pick. I assume you can still turn in.

The +15 Magery book is always great for making "instant almost GM Mages" - +50 starting skill, +30(40) jewels and the +15 books.

Yea unfortunately most of these drops are just cleanup points given that the MAJOR artifacts haven't been given attention in 15+ years? When ToT was first introduced the major rewards (which included dyes) weren't bad. Since then, it's been reintroduced a couple of times (I don't think I was playing for a couple of them except for when they did it in 2020) but I guess it was just a switch they flipped on and they never added new artifacts to keep up with the times (and they removed the dyes). During the last iteration (2020) I just did it for the lucky mempo for my 2nd luck suit with the consolation prize being the lesser dyes; everything else went in the trash.

If you don't really need the cleanup points it might be a good idea to just turn them all in to the guy just to have points if the Devs ever decide to re-run ToT and add some rewards (not sure how likely this would be given the new dynamic events).

The armor stats have been surpassed for quite a while. Some may use the serpent slayer bow for sea monters.
The Flutes are useful.

Some players collect urns and swords to get the whole set. But not many do that.

Wont miss them if you trash em. They are not worth a lot of cleanup points.
