What is so good about it? Enhancing with gold takes one charge of forged metal.
All the rest is ordinary shield. I am selling many of such on Atl 200k per (not 200 mil)

well to be honest, im selling this for a friend, im not a big shield guy, but i just put in 6 of the 10 mods on it , not including the luck bonus, and nothing matched on it atl vendors, or auction safes

Pre patch can't get this many mods anymore on loot. I'm not counting the enhanced either on it. If pre patch selling for 200k all day I'd be amazed and the person obviously didn't know what they owned.

All resist bonyses and 40 luck come from enhancing with gold + one charge of forged metal (6-8m cost) . Now try to remove this resist, luck and check VS again. See none of properties are overcapped. No HP regen. So it is quite normal decent legendary drop. Brittle by the way, which matters for expensive stuff, people want to keep it forever.
As I see you are not very familiar with enhancing. It is quite powerful thing. Read more about it, it will help you with gear and to see what can be done with it. .

i know all about enhancing, and i didnt put in any of the resists or luck, there is 10 mods without any resists or luck

It started as a 10 mod shield before the gold ingot enhance.
the40 luck, resists, and lower reqs came from the ingots.
‘unfortunately not a great shield example, sorry

if this were a wooden shield, you could have added SC instead of luck. More valuable then, though I’d be looking for SSI w/DI

its not normal at all you will not get a drop over 8 mods anymore... besides possibly enhanced woodland and it still can only drop 8 mods
