Yes, I've been approached a few times about designing homes for other folks, though I've never considered buying houses, decorating them, and selling them as a service... something to keep in mind.

Added rares lists for about half the houses as North Harbor also functions as a living rares museum.

Updated rares lists for all houses and removed teleporter hubs (plots sold/eliminated - township hub will be moving somewhere else).

Updated North Harbor Farm to reflect changes. Kuru nixed the farmhouse and put in an orchard instead.

It was on the same plot.. original plot was farmhouse, barn, garden. Farmhouse is now gone with a fruit stand and orchard in its place.

I might have to make a "graveyard" post of all the old designs we've had over the years.

Added three new houses by Kuru, South Shore Salvage Company, The Rusty Anchor, and the East Signal Tower

The Rusty Anchor and Signal Fire are grouped together and east of North Harbor in an area we call Hope's Landing, which is themed as a little pirate enclave using two abandoned towers and a seaside cave. The cave is still a work in progress.

... the flowstone collecting is what took the most time hehe. I would love to make a full on mine/mountain out of an 18x18 one day but it would take foreeeever.

There are between 80-90 flowstones in the Fire Caves. This is what the design looked like before deco:



I also picked up two of the Stygian Abyss lava tiles to create a little river/lavafall effect:
