It is not pre-patch, I tamed it personally last weekend.

Its right about 30% intensity. He had lower HP to start, but IMO has pretty ideal resists.
This is pretty standard for any AI/Chiv Cu that has all 120s in a rare hue unless you get pretty lucky and get a high HP one to start with. Adding 100 extra HP for a Cu that starts in the low 500 range in order to get above 600 HP takes 300 points, which would be about 600 more mana ... but if you are using these in longer fights, the HP and mana regen become more important than the total mana, at least in my experience.
