i think best practice is 100 luck, because you would be wearing them when you dig. Someone correct me on this if i'm wrong
diminishing returns i'm sure because you probably have a high luck suit already.

that said, i bet the drop rate is pretty low and all i have is a sack of 20 supply maps. not sure if ill get any glasses at all
