Na it has no use.
It always comes down to the weapon itself, its base damage/speed and special move. Then the mods are important. In your case the kris has fast base speed but low base damage. Meaning damage increase is a nice mod. 20 Splint is useful. But it s missing the obligatory hit spell and hit lower defense.
