How do I get the New cannon TY

I been away for over a year and just returned and seen new cannons on ships
Also saw I picture of pumpkin cannons

how can these be obtained

pumpkin cannons are from the turn ins at the fellowship at East Britain.
you fill ethereal soulbinders to turn in.

plunder cannons are from the turn in guy at Bucs Mint.
kill pirates, orcs and plunder beacons on the High Seas and you get cargo drops in your backpack.
turn in these at bucs for points.
Plunder beacons give mythic cargo...
