Since the patch today I cannot open uo in multiple instances it just gives a patch error, I was able to yesterday which makes transferring between my accounts so much easier. Is anyone else having this issue?

Unable to run Multiple uo sessions

Close the client that you just patched and try again. It should work.
This works for me. Always have to close out the game after the initial patch is done. Second time there will be no download and all is like it was before the patch.
