Cold Drake always Poisoned

I have a Cold Drake that literally spends the entire fight in the Belfry poisoned. My other similar pets get poisoned, but it goes away relatively quick without using bandages. Any ideas what I should look for in it's stats or skills?

Do the other pets have magery or chiv? Does yours have magery, mysticism or chivy? All those can heal and cure the poison... if your pet doesn't have that won't cure it.

Thanks! It does not have Magery, Mysticism, or Chivalry, so no Poison curing.
