Just wondering...
Are these any good on today's market? And why?
I know they are from the olden days and all... but I never used one before. I tried one out the other day and it seams to be a combination of a normal cannonball AND a grapeshot. Robbery of a merchant ship, the last thing you really want is the crew upset. Normally, they stand by and let you run wild... as well they should, in the face of pirating pixies. However, it really doesnt tend to seam "worth wild" to even spend grapeshot on the cannons... using up valuable powder charges vs. crippling ships. When an orc ship comes In to range, let them deal with the big dog when the breach is ready.
Does anyone use the flaming cannonballs at all?
And what are they general worth in the open market?
I did a vendor search and saw an INSANE price of 1m per unit. I couldn't think how thats even possible unless there's something I dont see someplace.
