This doesn't worth more than a relic frag my friend.
Wrestling don't go together with both archery and stealth (which adds bonus to ninjitsu).
It needs fc/fcr/sdi to be useful with wrestling which means mage.
And if this is for archers it needs more hci/di/ssi to be useful.

id say its worth something to the right person. not alot, but maybe 20 to 50m. it wouldnt be a top tier item, but could make a nice necro archer mage. the stealth counts towards the 300 combat skill point lmc bonus, but the 15 wrestle would be wasted. id probably use the new mask for the EP, a 3/1 bracelet, the FC1 town bonus, and cuffs of the archmage. or get a 1/4 bracelet with sacred hide and make do with 2/5 casting.

Do skills on jewelry count towards this? I just looked on the wiki and no mention of it.

@DJAd yes. as always best to test yourself just to make sure first hand. interesting some of the little nuances too with mana. like at 300skill points, you will get a bonus from 55lmc. but at 200 skill points its the same mana cost bonus with just below 55 lmc stat.
