Sure, she heals herself sometimes, but the damage is noticeably less... Currently she's 4 slot, once I get her to 5 slot can I train out of Magery mastery?

You can pick any other magic and it will overwrite the magery mastery.

when you do this do you get the original 500 pts back when it overwrites your magery mastery?
Also, Magery Mastery only costs 1 point for pets with innate magery.
