Plus 5 Stat Increase Reward Question

I recently returned to UO after being away 7 years. I noticed on all my characters but one that their stats are at 255. That one is at 250. I am thinking that at some point when I first started playing and did not know better, I did not accept the plus 5 stat increase reward when it was offered on the pop up screen at sign in, but instead probably chose something else. My question is, can I get that plus 5 stat gain again someway? I notice now that we can go to 260, and I plan on doing that for all my characters with Scrolls of Valiant Commendation, but what about that one character I have already mentioned?

Maybe someone else knows better, I think you need to eat the +25 scroll to get 255. Stat Scrolls - UOGuide, the Ultima Online Encyclopedia

The extra 5 is automatic now after 6 months.

So, you're thinking maybe I ate a +20 scroll of power instead of a +25 a long time ago? That could very well have been. That will be an expensive test to try out with another +25, but might work. Thank you.
