Ok what I was getting at was an initial 2 slot cu mostly likely trained to 3 slot due to the patch. Why so much mana you ask? You are correct in that when they burn mana and go down to around zero that they will launch a goo or low level magic attack as soon as they get enough. However, when fighting bosses like on the roof, the more mana the pet has to attack with at the start, the more damage it will do. The downside side is that you will have to wait longer in between for the mana to rebuild but it's totally worth the wait. Even when training having more mana on the pet is a plus however again, when they burn it to zero during a whisper, you will have to wait longer for it to rebuild which wastes some whisper time.
2 slot Cu's were ONLY available by being exploited. They NEVER spawn as 2 slots. If anyone tells you different, THEY ARE WRONG/LYING. I would also take a hard look at ANY pet you may have bought from that person.
Please enlighten us as to where they came from?
since this has been patched out,You could tame and release, which drops skill lvls.
Im sure when retaming them, they would get the new control slot based off thier current abilities.
This is just a guess, because i had to do it to get healing on my sabertooth, and it didnt drop.

You know I do apologize cause looking at my untrained ones, I couldn't get those stats. I was thinking I would get the max hp and mana from them but after reworking the math, I would be short quite a bit. So in other words, no I can't buy a max stat one cause there isn't any out there to buy. Sorry again for that.
