it's one of those items you could get from last years 20th anniv uo event. There were these trade route quests that got ambushed, and the necklace is one of the rare drops u could get. Each of these items is linked to a skill; the necklace I think is linked to magery. So if u double click it with a char who has no magery, it says something like "you can't make anything out of this item". But if your magery is high enough, a different window pops up and gives u a massage.
The ones from hidden chests and puzzle boxes are different from the ones last year. These ones say something about Cultists instead of Ambushers
