Please Explain Caddellite Crafting Techniques

I spent several hours on TC1 trying to figure out exactly what players have to do in order to craft the caddellite infused weapons and spellbooks. Thanks to several very helpful players there, I learned some of the processes.
Like we have to use water from the troughs in the area when making wood pulp from bark fragments. (cooking skill and must be performed inside the "cooking tent") Then we have to walk into the "magery tent" nextdoor to perform the scribe's task of making blank scrolls and spellbooks.
I haven't figured out where we get caddellite infused cooking tools, scribe's pen, smith hammers, carpenter tools.
I humbly ask that anyone who has "Mastered" this Caddellite crafting please share your knowledge. Thank you for your help in advance!

I used regular water, and did it in the smithing tent to make scrolls and then just made a Spellbooks. I used tools I could tinker and that was it

All I can say to that is "WoW!" because I have used about 100 "CI" (caddellite infused) bark fragments making wood pulp and no matter what I have tried, I've been unsuccessful in getting the CI property to carry over to the wood pulp.

UPDATE: I did exactly as told. I bought a tinker tool in Brit, using CI iron ingots, I crafted a scribe's pen and a skillet standing at the small forge in Khaldun. I then proceeded to craft wood pulp, blank scrolls, and my 1st CI spellbook!

lol as with so many of their designs I have to ask myself... why make this so complicated? Is the flavor really worth not just being able to gather up some resource and just craft with it?
