Technically that's a Special Move. Depends if he's literally talking about Special Abilities (Dragons Breath, etc) or any of the Special's a pet can get. Special Moves being unable to be removed or overwritten hinder a lot of animals because they already have an innate one leaving the ability to spec a Special Ability impossible.
If it was a special ability only, then you could get rid of Grasping Claw instead~
Grasping claw is useful in pvm. Dismount provides no meaningful benifit to pvm.
But one is an Move (Dismount) and one an ability (Grasping Claw). That was the point, not to comment on which one is useful or not.
For hiryus. What would happen to the built pets? Can we replace dismount with something? Or would we be able to remove dismount and get another special on a fresh pet.
Or would we be limited to removing grasping claw.
Could a cu remove bleed and have the same choices? Or more choices.
Can we remove Dragon breath and get more choices for those pet types? Again would this only apply to fresh pets.
Could get complicated and make some built pets be lesser than new ones that can remove specials.
To make it fair we should be able to get the scrolls back and build a new pet with that system.
I should save a pre patch mare just in case.
