help with a pet that is a 3?

I have a pet, it has 1>3
So I know I can train it twice.
I have already started to train it up, it's skills.

Sadly I don't have the skill required, which I went to test to "test" and it will require 78 taming with 3 slots. I tried to command it and it would not have any part of attacking anything with just the 78 taming and starting losing happiness quickly after each "all kill" So if I want to keep the pet, I would need 78 lore too? I might be willing to get that just to have this pet to ride.

(currently.... it might have more if I keep training it)

If I do keep training it, do I risk it becoming a 2 slot on it's own?

When I did the training, as I don't know squat about it, I gave I think 625 str and 625 hit points.
Just to see. I will have to wait till I can copy us again over to the test center, but when I go, what should I put it at?
It won't be a serious pet, not with the small taming I will need, but just something to have.

I do have magery to heal it and it is a nothing fee for the rez if it dies. I do use an ethy, but I just think I'd like something different to ride.

Taming and Lore are both required.

None of those stats will increase further until you put points on. When you do train it, I doubt 78 will be enough.

Take it to test. DO NOT LOSE THAT PET. They go poof! Make some taming and lore jewelry if you are going to use it. The requirements go up fast. Take it to test before you push any buttons.

Wait a while and maybe they will change them. You can ride it now.

I have had it on test to see the requirements if I bumped it up. Right now it just requires 30 taming, which I have never had since I have owned it. But I have been wearing jewels to see if it would give me the training bar and it did. That's what gave me the groovy idea of going to test to see what I could do with it. I was thinking of moving a couple of skills to another char so I could raise some to play with it.

I do have a tamer. I just though I'd play with a pet I never play with on that character.... wait secret hoof shake?! I just must not hang at the stables enough.
