My friend, sadly there is no "EP" on it, which makes it useless for pvp :/
When taking "antique" jewels for consideration, always check the "EP" first since it is a necessity.
This one's still viable for pvp because of the 50% EP ring
For a bracelet with no EP, it'd have to be something really special to be used.
The overcapped HCI and DCI is a really good example of something special, however it's just not enough. This would need to have more +Skill.
It still may sell.
