On TC1 you can get an Ozymandias Obi for gargoyle. Can you get them on Production Shards?

Yes, when doing the roof, if your character is a Gargoyle. My understanding is that it is a new change.
It's an upcoming change and not currently implemented, I believe. If it's currently in I have multiple throwers I can take to the roof just for the drops.
I had a guild mate who has been getting Garg drops at the roof for several days now on a production shard. So my thought is that maybe the devs "slipped it in" on us.

I have gotten a gargoyle version of Shanty's waders and Jumu's hide so far.
