Yet, ALL of the other Shards STILL have theirs and I mean WORLDWIDE..... only the Origin one is missing...

5 days where way too short a time. They should have allowed at least 10 if not 15 days to players to pick their gift.
It is not like one has got nothing else to do in life but play a game....

isn't because the Origin received the new publish before the rest of the Shards??

Yep Origin had 4 days, the rest had 5 so if you planned ahead you would have gotten the ones on Origin first

but origin baja izumo receive pub same day
and only origin the genie was gone

I went around to collect wheelbarrows yesterday on all the non-asian shards.

Origin's was already gone, when all the other production shards still had 13 hours left.

Did SP ever get a genie at all?

Yeah the afterthought genie was placed in Luna, where 89% were stolen lol...not mine of course.
