Transfer problem

Months ago I tried to xfer and got the "xfer is is progress" text, which it was not. Paged GM, days later it worked.
I went from LS to GL 2 days ago with no issues on my xfer character. Today that character cannot xfer off GL to any shard I have a token for. Text is "shard is unavailable". They are all up.

Paged Gm, no reply. I know is Sunday. Tried these things to see if worked. Killed xfer character. Tried another character of same account. Created a new character on the same account. Nothing worked. This is my oldest account and is now broken.

Anyone have any other ideas? Ty for your time.

We have stopped the importation of Llamas on LS. Sorry for the inconvenience.

GM Rivers will answer and send a request for it to be fixed.

GM River is the awesome Gm hero of all llamas. Some shards, (GL) have issues today. Try again tomorrow.
