I don’t know much About pricing but what would make this worth 250 mil. I’m being a smart azz either I truly don’t know pricing and trying to learn

1. you rarely see clean legendary
2. in my op its actually usable even in pvp due to 25ep and 15 taming (if tamer like with dread mare is still a thing) and pvp stuff generally holds more value
3. it got a good bunch of usable mods, skill, ep, fcr, mr, 16+ stat

I don't see 250 mil in that item there is no fc just fcr sure its got some nice skills and other good qualities but nothing outstanding to make it a 250 mil item 10mil is a fair price, yes may be worth little more seeing as its clean, but its really to each there own believes as how much a piece of jewel is really worth

In my opinion, It's really just like a greater artifact, with 6 (ish) usable mods however you slice it up. The mods are kind of "mismatched" between a tamer/dexxer/pvp'r. Honestly, the more I look at it, the less I really like it. Again, just my opinion. I will honor my 10M bid though until Sunday at noon, central time (US).
