1) Double blessed sandals are 5m+
2) Guildstone Deeds are 25m+ (can go up to a few hundred mil depending on name)
3) I'm not sure, though don't THINK they're worth much

@Archnight is spot on with pricing. 3 is worthless these days. Hard to sell at 50k on vendors even. I would make an auction for the guild stone and through the sandals on vendor for 5-10mil. Best of luck.
