Error when resetting master password

Is anyone else having problems resetting their master password? I have been trying for 3 days now and I get the same result. I request the password reset, click on the link they send me, enter the new password but when I click continue, It comes up as an Error page.
Anyone know how to fix this so i can pay for my accounts?

Only thing I can suggest is to contact customer support... That password reset always says that... and it's extremely annoying... you might try going to Origin and changing your EA Password. But again good luck with that. I tried and failed repeatedly. I finally just gave up.

You have to reset the master PW on the EA Origin site not the Broadsword Acct Management. Can only reset the individual acct PW in acct management. The Info and Link they email you is bogus.

Don't worry : If like most of us she handles the credit card balancing etc, she will find out sooner or later. You just have to prepare a nice excuse for the $250 or so..LoL

LOL you hire someone else to do that... yes you have to pay them... And you caller id screen your calls and answer only when you want to.
