Need help! Can't find 'train pet' button

I came back UO recently.
I made my.lesser hiryu's Pet training progress 100% and planned but I can't find 'train pet' button anywhere.
How do I apply my completed pet training planning to pet?
I didn't complete pet training quest is the reason?

I am/was in the same boat. I don't think that you can just apply everything you planned. Try pressing "disable" in the planner and then I think you add the skills one by one. Did this yesterday but honestly don't remember :D
