I have only seen a couple complete sets of these banners, but the Blue banner is always facing a different direction than the other three banners.

Can you rotate the direction that these banners face, so they are all in the same direction?

You can use a deco tool to rotate the banners.

Use a house decorating tool on them to turn them either direction.

Dey were part ob da story arc fur da 20th annibersaie dat dey had in September. It ended right before da party demz had wif da UO godz. Yooz hab to help defeat uh titan in da citiez to beez able to gitz uh banner. Now yooz can only get demz fum udder hummiez dat did itz.
