Wow, I'm surprised it's even possible for an entire dungeon to stay empty... the spawn rate really needs to be increased for this event.

I don't really understand why the dungeon doesn't just have normal spawn with extra in the 'active' room for the event.

happens most if someone try to dance on to many wedding-parties.......

This maybe is the next hard lesson that our beloved DEF's learn at the moment I'm afraid

The same reason the Ilsh spawned chests have nothing in them....since day 1.

On Balhae, there's no NPC outside, no regular Ilshenar spawn, but the Nightmare Fairy room had some minor spawn but no Fairy. All dead now. Got a paragon lich chest to show for 2.5 days of this being active on Balhae now.
